"At the beginning they offer you a good price, but then every month they increase your payment so in my opinion, I don't recommend it very much, because in the end it is expensive🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️"

I have reviewed your recent history with us from 5/2020 to 11/2023 (3.5 years) and your price for the same two vehicles you have had with us have only changed by $23 or 2% during that whole time versus the U.S. standard annual average inflation rate of 4.1% during that same time or a total of 14.35%. We apologize for any confusion or frustration if this concern was caused by the changes in your pricing from when you recently replaced one of your cars. I can see our corporate team has completed your change; however, your pricing should reflect that change soon and we already have it scheduled to follow up with you on this matter, but you can always call us in the meantime, 610-932-2400. "Maria G Gonzalez Chavez is an amazing asset to State Farm. When I called to add a vehicle, she answered the phone with my name and had my policy information pulled up without me saying a word...helpful, quick and efficient and not to mention professional, just like every interaction I have had with this Agency. I have also spoken with Susana Gomez Rubio and Chuck Weed and the same adjectives apply to them as well! Five stars for sure!"

"I've had a great experience with Chuck Weed State Farm. This business offers insurance, mortgages and financial planning. Chuck and his staff are responsive to the needs of the clients they serve. One of the great benefits is that there are bilingual staff on location to serve clients from a wide array of backgrounds."

"Chuck, wrong son. To start I never yelled at your staff. Since you have to try to use more cheap tactics. You canceled a policy on a 73 year old man because of a shed not even on policy. Your corporate office has been notified and even offered to give him insurance from a different agent and stated they don't understand why was canceled with given details and after review. Claims have been filed, along with the fact you guys have no problem taking cash while he assumed he had insurance when in reality you canceled his policy 5 months prior. He never even received a refund for his payment. Yet your office claimed he had with no proof. Looking into the legalities as well. I have no time for someone who can only try to answer and reach out and work with someone 5 months later. I will only be dealing with your corporate office. Good day"

"I apologize for all the confusion about your fathers cancellation and me not knowing who 'State Line' is or if this response that says 'James Krauss' is one brother or the other. Sadly, neither of you know me or my intentions without speaking to me and I don't know you since your dad was my client. I really wish someone from your family would have given me a chance to talk with you other than through this channel and via corporate because in no way was I ever not willing to help or talk to James or anyone other than dad to help here. I am really hoping corporate provides you a result that matches what you have written above as opposed to what they told me yesterday because I advocated for those results last fall as well as this past Thursday. I want you both to know that even though I spoke to James last fall at one point about dad's auto and homeowners policy, my team and I didn't save anyone's phone number in our system accept your dad's so all communications over these past few months have been directly with your dad until this past Weds. I really did try my best to reach out to James once I was available the other night and first thing Thursday morning because I wanted to share with James the steps I had discussed with your father and I had been trying to take with corporate as well as locally over the past few months to help resolve the cancellation. This isn't a case where I am trying to 'just help now' or 'only help because I discovered on Friday that my agency and I were reported to corporate on Weds night'; I have been trying to help all along because I genuinely care and I was hoping to share with James the different attempts and steps I had taken in September, October, and December; plus one action I was about to take this past week before this all went in a totally different direction. Also, this Friday morning I was able to confirm corporate sent a refund check back on 11/18/2020 and our billing group shows that check is still uncashed so now I totally get why you, your brother, and perhaps even your dad may feel he was ripped off, but that was never the intent or action State Farm or I had taken. In the end, I still want to help, so if you end up receiving a different response from corporate than what you are anticipating, please call me; 610-932-2400 and I will try to explain in further detail and help. Thank you, Chuck"

"RUN AWAY, DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS CROOK, HE WILL DROP UR HOME INSURANCE WITHOUT NOTICE, OVER A SMALL GARAGE THAT NEED TORE DOWN 4MOS WITHOUT INSURANCE AND HE TOOK THE MONEY WITHOUT NOTICE"

"James- You don’t have all the facts about your dad’s homeowners insurance policy and what happened and I really wish you would have provided me more than 15 minutes from your initial phone call to showing up at my office and yelling at my staff. I was trying to free myself from another call before you left, but I was unsuccessful so I called last night as soon as I was able (only 46 minutes from your initial call) but you didn’t pick up and you haven’t returned any of my calls from last night or this morning. I would like to explain to you what happened and what is currently going on in reference to this matter, but if you don’t return my call I cannot help you or your dad. Please consider calling me. 610-932-2400 Thanks, Chuck"
